Miyazaki A5 Wagyu
Cut for the grill for yakiniku, or sliced thin and simmered gently for sukiyaki: same premium Miyazaki A5 Wagyu beef, two different evenings.
What we serve
Every dish on our menu, from our sushi to our grill, carries on the authentic tradition of a Shikoku kitchen, ensuring that all the Japanese cuisine we serve is both fresh and authentic.
“Good sushi is rice first. The fish is the easy part.”
Our head chef trained in the Shikoku revolving-sushi tradition, where speed and precision are held to the same standard as a formal counter. Every batch of rice is seasoned by hand and used within the hour.

“Authentic and delightful experience. Food quality was outstanding with fresh quality imported ingredients arriving from Japan every few days, this included the delicious oysters we enjoyed. Highly recommended. Hope to visit again on our next holiday.”

“The beef was incredibly tender and flavorful, cooked perfectly. The unagi rice was excellent — beautifully grilled, fragrant, and paired so well with the sauce. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Very satisfying meal and will definitely come back!”
